FOR A HIGH RISK FOOD FACILITY, THERE SHALL BE A CERTIFIED FOOD SAFETY MANAGER ONSITE AT ALL TIMES WHEN FOOD IS BEING PREPARED. SO, THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF TWO FOOD SAFETY MANAGERS EMPLOYED AT THIS FACILITY. KEEP CERTIFICATES ONSITE FOR INSPECTION [750.540]. IN ADDITION, ALL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE HANDLING FOOD WHO ARE NOT FOOD SAFETY MANAGERS, SHALL COMPLETE BASIC FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. KEEP THOSE CERTIFICATES ONSITE AS WELL. FURTHERMORE, ANY COURSE THIS FACILITY USES TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION SHALL BE ANSI (AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARD INSTITUTE) CERTIFIED. NEXT INSPECTION
OBSERVED VARIOUS COOKING INGREDIENT BOTTLES ALONG THE MAIN PREP LINE TO HAVE NO LABELS. PROVIDE FOR ALL BULK FOOD BINS/CONTAINERS TO BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH THE COMMON NAME OF THE FOOD PRODUCT CONTAINED. ALSO, REGULATIONS DICTATE THAT ANY FOOD ITEM NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER SHALL BE LABELED WITH THE FOOD ITEM'S COMMON NAME [750.130]. NEXT INSPECTION
